Cheryl Evans
Cheryl Evans, internationally trained and recognized hair-colorist and hair-cutter, leads the salon team with commitment to excellence, creativity, and guest care for each and every person who walks through the doors at Evans & Co. Cheryl is particularly passionate about complete ‘make-overs’, her opportunity to bring out a woman’s true beauty. Strongly tied to the city of Redlands both as a businesswoman and community volunteer, Cheryl is proud of the salon’s Mission Statement, written by the salon team.

Crystal Scyphers
Crystal Scyphers came to Evans & Co. Salon after completing an extensive assistant’s training program in San Marino, Ca. under Redken educators, both master stylists and colorists. She continually seeks further education, having attended classes with Redken, Pureology, Wella’s Colors of the World program and having participated in the Unite Eurotherapy Academy’s advanced cutting and color program in Carlsbad.
With a solid background in color, color correction, design and styling, Crystal welcomes a diverse clientele with whom she can showcase edgy creative styles as well as elegant and classic hair design.
An Excellent communicator, Crystal offers complimentary consultations to identify in detail what her clients want and need in order to have beautiful hair that is easy to maintain. Always studying upcoming trends, she advised her clients of which styles and color will most flatter them while remaining true to modern aesthetics, as well as their desires…
Angela
Angela graduated from the Palomar Institute of Cosmetology, one of the top five schools in the nation. She has completed in numerous hair shows where she has placed and won many awards. Trained in Redken, Paul Mitchell, Unite’s Eurotherapy Advanced Cut and Color Academy, and Pureology, Angela is constantly seeking education to improve her skills. She is also trained in the new Brazilian Blowout smoothing treatment.
Traveling outside of salon life, Angela loves to do hair and makeup for weddings, theater, plays, and photo shoots. Creativity in her work gets high marks from clients and professionals alike.
Her passion for color and cutting shines through her in her satisfied clientele. ” I love the challenge and opportunity to try new techniques and especially love creating looks to help compliment a person’s facial shape and lifestyle.”

Heather
Heather’s contribution to the Evan’s & Co. team is exemplified in her ongoing commitment to her own professional development.
Heather’s most recent accomplishments include becoming a certified educator with thee exclusive Unite Eurotherapy, also being voted as one of Inland Empire’s top stylists in Inland Empire Magazine.
In the past few years heather has been committed to advancing her skill as a stylist by attending specialized coloring, cutting, and styling classes by, but not limited to Unite, Alterna, Wella and Pureology. Also attending the elite Unite Eurotherapy Academy in Carlsbad, Redken International Symposium in Las Vegas and Wella’s advanced Colors of the World color and cutting program.
She is trained in several hair extension systems including the Hair Compliments system that has been seen on shows such as Dancing with the Stars and Deal or No Deal. Heather also offers the Brazilian Blowout smoothing treatment.
Heather continually strives to be creative and advance her skills while helping every person that sits in her chair look and feel their best.
Jennifer Ramirez
Jennifer Ramirez, mother of two, always truly dedicated to her career, listening and engaging to her clients needs. Always smiling Jenn brings Creativity to the team. She is an award winning stylist, specializing in custom color cut and styling such as special occasion weddings, photo shoots and period styling. She travels not only local but to the beaches of Florida to the plains of Texas, to ensure best beauty results. She also specializes in NXS hair compliment Extension as seen on TV.
Natalie Anderson
Natalie Anderson started her career at the Paul Mitchel Academy in 2004. She worked in salons in Laguna Hills and Laguna Niguel before moving to Redlands to joing the Evans & Co team. Natalie is also an educator for the Unite product line which is sold in the salon. Natalie loves what she does and is so excited that she gets to make people look and feel beautiful on a daily basis. She specializes in color, and she loves doing color ranges from beautiful blondes to vibrant redheads.
Victoria Leon
Victoria Leon has been a stylist at Evans & Co for over eight years. As a senior stylist she has had much training and education including the Redken Academy in New York . Victoria specializes in color, cut and extensions. Having been voted as one of the top 10 stylist in Inland Empire 2010. She looks forward to new smiling facing.
Marisa
Marisa in her Skin Care Loft brings many years of expertise to her clients. Marisa has expanded beyond her past day spa experience to offer at Evans & Co. not only wonderful relaxing facial treatments, but also meticulous waxing procedures.

Melody Davis
Melody Davis joined the Evans & Co. team in 2009 as a talented and skilled professional.
A Certified Pureology specialist, people feel confident in talking with Melody about the needs of hair, its condition, color retention and hair quality.
Melody spends much of her “off” time seeking additional education and is currently certified in Chi and Paul Mitchell color systems. Melody is participating in the year-long GHD Strive for Styling Excellence program participates regularly in advanced haircutting training and has attended Unite’s Advanced Cut & Color Program at The Academy. The popular de-frizzing Brazilian Blow Out smoothing treatment is a part of Melody’s expertise. She is pleased to offer incentives to her guests for referrals for Brazilian Blow Out treatments, haircolor and cutting services as well.
Nicole
Nicole joins the Evans & Co.team with expertise and training in Redken color, foiling techniques, everyday and special occasion styling, and Brazilian BlowOut smoothing treatments. She is passionate about excellent hair cutting and loves designing the perfect look for her salon guests.
Nicole is a certified media makeup artist and loves creating a beautiful look for your special occasion event.
A graduate of Cal State University and the International Award Makeup Studio of Hollywood, Nicole is excited about all continuing education and attending Unite’s International Academy in 2013.

Falicia Gonzales
Falicia Gonzales, Evans & Co. is proud to include Falicia as an enthusiastic, talented member of its team. Falicia’s credentials include graduating top of her Cosmo class as well as being named a cut and style competition winner.
Falicia is passionate about making the guests who sit in her chair feel ‘wonderful’ about themselves. She believes beauty comes from inside as well as from the outside. In just recent months, Falicia has actively participated in training in Redken color techniques, Unite products, haircutting at The Unite Academy in Carlsbad, and id bareMinerals makeup and skin care training. Falicia is also certified in Brazilian Blowout smoothing process and can answer questions about this life-changing de-frizzing treatment.

J Lynn
J Lynn is the friendly face you often see and hear when you call or come into Evans & Co. After completing cosmetology school when still in high school, J Lynn has also trained as a medical assistant and front desk coordinator. When not scheduling appointments, orderings supplies, or assisting salon guests, J Lynn attends college. She is ready and willing to assist you with your salon needs.
